We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any digital products, courses, or downloadable assets purchased through this Website. Unlike physical goods, digital information cannot be "returned." Once you purchase the course, you have immediate access to our intellectual property, downloadables, and resources. Consequently, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
While our "No Refund" policy is strict, we may consider a refund request under the following exceptional circumstances:
Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally purchased the course twice, we will refund the duplicate transaction.
Technical Failure: If you are unable to access the course due to a technical issue on our end that our support team is unable to resolve within 7 days.
You agree that you will not initiate any chargeback or dispute with your credit card issuer or bank without first contacting our support team to resolve the issue. We reserve the right to terminate your account and access to the course immediately if a fraudulent chargeback is initiated.
